Rozbeh Kashani Madani serves as a Lead Behavioral Technician at Bright Paths Recovery, supporting clients through the early and most vulnerable stages of the recovery process. Drawing from lived experience with addiction and recovery, Rozbeh brings a genuine, empathetic presence to his work and integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, and a foundation for long-term sobriety.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Northridge, and is preparing to sit for his Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) examination, with plans to advance toward CADC II, CADC III, and ultimately a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure. At Bright Paths Recovery, Rozbeh is committed to helping every client move from hopelessness to lasting, meaningful change.
