Internal SMS Communication – Terms

Form Submission Internal Alerts

Staff members opt-in to receive internal admissions alerts during their initial onboarding process. Upon hiring, employees provide their mobile number and sign an internal communication consent form (or check a box in the employee portal) acknowledging they will receive operational SMS alerts. By providing your phone number for the Internal Form Submission messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Program Description: You will receive internal administrative SMS alerts regarding admissions updates, scheduling, and team coordination.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on internal activity and team needs.

• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details on your specific plan.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or long-code number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@brightpathsrecovery.com.

• Privacy: Data obtained through the SMS program will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Review our full privacy policy for more details.
