Venus is a Somatic Movement Teacher at Bright Paths Recovery with over four years of experience guiding individuals through embodied, trauma-informed approaches to healing. She holds a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT 200) and draws from a background in gymnastics and dance, as well as her own personal journey navigating significant mental health challenges, through which she discovered movement as a powerful pathway back to herself.

Venus incorporates somatic practice, breathwork, yoga, mobility training, and restorative stillness into sessions that are intentionally inclusive, adaptable, and client-centered, emphasizing autonomy and meeting each individual exactly where they are. Her work helps clients build body-based tools for nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness.

At Bright Paths Recovery, Venus creates a grounded, compassionate space where healing unfolds organically and clients can begin to develop greater internal safety, self-trust, and a deeper connection to their own lived experience.
