Dr. Shushan Tigranyan, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Clinical Director at Bright Paths Recovery, providing clinical leadership for detoxification and residential treatment programs. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, her Master’s in Clinical Psychology also from Alliant, and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Tigranyan completed her postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento and also serves as a Clinical Supervisor within the Department of Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.
She specializes in psychodiagnostic assessment, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and evidence-based modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. At Bright Paths Recovery, she leads with a commitment to culturally responsive, ethical, and patient-centered addiction treatment.
